A dental practice, presented by its people and its results

Dental clinic website showing individual specialist profiles and a treatment services grid

What was the problem?

A multidisciplinary team is a real advantage over a single-dentist practice, but only if prospective patients can see it. Treatments were described in clinical language rather than in the words patients search with, and booking required a phone call during working hours — losing the enquiry that occurs to someone late at night.

What we built

A patient-friendly website built around clinical authority: individual doctor profiles for 11 doctors, 25 service pages spanning implants, laser dentistry, Invisalign, orthodontics, paediatric and oral surgery, 12 years of experience messaging, post-treatment instructions and frictionless appointment booking.

What it does

  • 11 doctor profiles

  • 25 services

  • Before/after comparison slider

  • Appointment enquiry modal

  • WhatsApp contact

What changed as a result?

New patients regularly mention the website during consultations, and clear positioning around the multidisciplinary-team advantage drives walk-ins and enquiries.

  • 11 doctor profiles, making the team advantage visible rather than implied
  • 22+ treatment pages written in patient language
  • Published post-treatment instructions, reducing repeat front-desk calls

Why does this matter in healthcare & dental?

A clinic website is a trust document, not a brochure. Patients choosing a practice are deciding with incomplete information: they want to know who will treat them, what the treatment involves, what it costs and whether anyone else had a good experience. A site that answers those four things well converts; one that leads with stock photography does not.

  • No way to judge the clinicians

A practice with nine MDS specialists has a real advantage over a single-dentist clinic, but only if the site says so. Individual doctor profiles with qualifications and specialisms are what turn a browse into a booking.

  • Treatments described in clinical language

Patients search for what hurts and what it might cost, not for procedure names. Service pages need to answer in the patient's words while still demonstrating the clinical depth behind the treatment.

  • Booking that requires a phone call during working hours

The enquiry a clinic loses is the one that occurred to someone at ten at night. Frictionless booking, and a chatbot that can hold the conversation out of hours, captures it.

  • Post-treatment questions coming back to the front desk

The same aftercare questions arrive repeatedly. Published post-treatment instructions answer them once and reduce the call volume that interrupts clinical time.
