Software we have already built
These are systems that exist and are running for a client, not products on a roadmap. Deploying one is faster and cheaper than a custom build because the hard decisions have already been made and tested on a real shop floor.

Why deploy something already built?
Because the expensive part of custom software is not writing it. It is the decisions: how fees should generate, where payment sits relative to the kitchen queue, which permission level sees what. Those get made badly the first time and corrected under pressure. A system that has already survived a year of real use has had them corrected on somebody else's schedule.
What you get is a shorter timeline and a lower price than an equivalent custom build, because the architecture, the data model and the awkward edge cases already exist. What you give up is the freedom to have every decision go your way. For most businesses that is a good trade, and for some it is not.
These are not subscription products. You get a deployment configured for your organisation, in infrastructure you control, with your own data. There is no per-seat licence that grows with your headcount and no vendor who can change the terms once you depend on it.
If neither of these fits, most of our work is still custom. The honest sequence is to check whether something existing covers eighty per cent of what you need before commissioning a build, and we would rather point you at a third-party product than sell you a project you did not need.
One practical note on timelines. A deployment is measured in weeks rather than months, but the variable is rarely our side: it is how quickly your existing data can be cleaned and how many people need to agree on configuration before anyone can use it. Both are worth starting before the build does.
Need something neither of these covers?
