You have won a project you cannot staff, or you do not want to carry permanent engineering headcount for work that arrives in bursts. We take the build. Everything ships under your brand, the repository is yours, and your client deals only with you. We do not appear in the credits, the commit history you show them, or anywhere else.

In practice the engagement starts with your specification rather than a discovery call with your client. We estimate against it, flag what we think is underspecified, and agree a scope before starting. From there it is sprints with a weekly demo build you can forward without editing. If your client wants a change, it comes through you, and we requote if it moves the scope.

The terms that matter are the ones agencies get burned on, so we make them explicit. An NDA covers the engagement. A non-solicitation clause means we will not approach your client during it or after it. You get the source in your repository as it is written, not as a zip at the end, so you are never dependent on us continuing.
