116 pages built around the questions parents ask before they enquire

A marketing and content platform for a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool — philosophy, curriculum, admissions, fees, guides and a parenting blog, all structured for local search.

What was the problem?

A genuinely differentiated teaching philosophy in a market of more than sixty local preschools where every website looked the same. Parents comparing options had no way to see what made this one different, and a template site would have made a distinctive school indistinguishable from its competitors.

What we built

A brand-led, story-driven Reggio Emilia website with a daily schedule walkthrough, philosophy-first content, custom mascot illustrations and a conversion-focused admission journey.

What it does

  • Philosophy and curriculum content

Reggio Emilia principles explained through the school's actual daily practice.

  • Early-childhood guides library

Six structured guides on approach and philosophy.

  • Parenting blog

Long-form articles with category taxonomy and interactive filtering.

  • Programme and locality landing pages

Reggio Emilia, play school and daycare pages targeted to local search.

  • Admissions enquiry capture

    Enquiry form with transport-availability check.

  • Virtual tour and gallery

Visual reassurance for parents who cannot visit immediately.

  • Daily schedule presentation

An hour-by-hour view of what a day actually looks like.

  • Parent stories and events

    Social proof and community activity.

  • Newsletter subscription

Retention channel for parents still researching.

  • Analytics

    Google Tag Manager instrumentation.

What it was built with

  • Next.js

What changed as a result?

Stands out digitally among 60+ Kakinada preschools and drives the majority of admission enquiries for the brand.

  • Philosophy-first content, so the teaching approach is the first thing a parent understands
  • Custom illustration rather than stock imagery

Why does this matter in schools & preschools?

School software is the combination of two things: the website that wins an admission enquiry, and the system that handles everything after it. Most of our delivered work is here. A school site is judged by parents in under a minute, and a school office runs on processes that spreadsheets stop supporting the moment you add a second campus.

  • Admission enquiries leak before anyone calls back

Long forms and delayed follow-up lose parents who were ready to enquire. The Little Lumos admission form was cut to ten questions and completes in under 30 seconds, which dropped drop-off and shortened time-to-first-call.

  • Fee collection eats an administrator's week

Manually generating fee entries per student per term, then reconciling receipts, is where school offices lose days. Automated generation and collection removes the arithmetic and leaves a single record everyone can check.

  • Parents and teachers have no shared source of truth

Attendance in one register, daily activities in a WhatsApp group, fees in a spreadsheet. Nothing reconciles, and every parent question becomes a search. A single portal with role-based access ends that.

  • Looking the same as every other school nearby

In a market with sixty-plus preschools, a template website is indistinguishable. Philosophy-led, story-driven sites give parents a reason to choose you before they ever visit the campus.
