MVP Development

An MVP development company works best when it argues with your scope. We build the smallest product that tests the assumption your business depends on, put it in front of real users, and give you a roadmap for what to build once their behavior has answered the question.

What should a first build actually include?

The purpose of an MVP is to buy information as cheaply as possible. So the question is not what your product should eventually do, but which single assumption would sink the business if it turned out to be wrong. Build the smallest thing that tests that, put it in front of real users, and let their behavior decide what comes next.

This is harder than it sounds, because the instinct is to build what feels complete. Settings screens, admin panels, analytics dashboards and onboarding flows all feel like progress and prove nothing about whether anyone wants the product. We have watched more runway disappear into premature admin tooling than into any other category of work.

A focused MVP is typically four to eight weeks: three days scoping, a week prototyping, three to six weeks of build, and a few days to deploy and iterate. You get a working product on real infrastructure with real accounts, plus a tech roadmap for the version that follows. Everything is registered to you from the start — repository, hosting, domain, third-party accounts — so if you raise and hire, your team inherits it without a negotiation.

Both of our internal SaaS products started this way. The school management portal began as the modules one preschool actually needed; the restaurant POS began as order booking and a kitchen queue. Each earned its later scope by being used.

Worth thinking about before you commission an MVP

  • What is the one assumption that would end this idea if it were wrong?
  • How will you know within weeks whether it held?
  • Who are the first ten real users, and can you reach them already?
  • What are you prepared to leave out of version one?

MVP Development questions

Build only what tests your riskiest assumption. If you do not know whether people will pay, build the smallest thing they can pay for. Dashboards, settings screens and admin tooling almost always wait; they feel productive and prove nothing.

MVPs start from ₹1,50,000, but we cannot give a final price until we have your detailed requirements. Cost depends almost entirely on scope, so we quote after scoping, not before. A focused MVP is typically four to eight weeks of build.

Yes, completely. The repository, hosting, domain and any third-party accounts are registered to you from the start, not migrated later. If you raise funding and hire an in-house team, they inherit everything without a handover negotiation.

Then it did its job for a fraction of what a full build would have cost. That outcome is common and it is not failure. We would rather tell you in week six than help you spend a year on something nobody wanted.

Fixed price against a scoped build, agreed only after detailed requirements. Business apps and mobile apps are priced the same way. The biggest lever on cost is how ruthless you are about scope, so the first conversation is mostly about what to leave out.

Not included: marketing, fundraising material, or building for scale you do not yet have. We will not build multi-region infrastructure for a product with no users. Those are real costs later, and spending them before validation is the most common way an MVP budget disappears.
